Welcome to our new and improved Daffron Support web site. From here you may submit new tickets or view the status of existing ones. While viewing a ticket, you can submit updates and attachments just by adding the additional information and clicking the Submit button.

If you have been authorized to view all of your company’s tickets, you may select the employee you wish to view from the ‘Customer’ drop-down box on the View Incidents page.

Check back often for new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Headlines and don’t forget to try the Daffron Community blogs. The site is now available and we invite you to give it a try. This is a web-based (mail list) solution that will allow you, our customers, to more effectively collaborate with each other on topics of common interest. Check it out!
